Eligibility

Lateral Hiring Program (Dealmaker-track role) for candidates with a minimum 3 years’ experience in top tier organizations in below categories

  • KPOs such as TresVista, Acquity, Verity, etc.
  • Back-end units of Bulge Bracket IBs such as JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Bank of America, etc.
  • Financial Due Diligence teams of Big 6 firms i.e., EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, GT, BDO
  • Corporate Development teams of Large Corporates or Start-ups
  • Founders Office in a growing Start-up with exposure to fund raising
  • Equity Research with leading broking houses
  • Credit Rating – CRISIL, ICRA, CARE, etc
  • Economists at Banks/NBFCs

Note

  • The total experience will only count towards the 3-year cut-off if it falls within the specified roles mentioned above.
  • We are hiring candidates at four levels. The associated compensation levels and required experience for each role in the Lateral Hiring Program are outlined below:

One time Bonus Criteria:

To qualify for the One time bonus, the candidate must:

  • Complete 3 years with Dexter Capital
  • Achieve exceptional performance (8/10 on Dexter’s Performance Rating Matrix)
  • Meet the revenue performance criteria of the team
  • Receive approval at the CEO’s discretion
