We are standardizing the hiring process for MBA graduates from top institutions by categorizing them into three tiers based on their college ranking and reputation. Below are the compensation packages and hiring criteria for each tier.
Tier Classification
Tier 1
Associate
Total CTC: ₹27L
- • Gross Annual:₹15L
- • Retention Bonus:₹3L
- • Performance Bonus:₹3L
- • 3-Year Bonus:₹12L (₹4L/year)
- • Annual Benefits:₹2L
Tier 2
Sr. Analyst
Total CTC: ₹21L
- • Gross Annual:₹12L
- • Retention Bonus:₹2L
- • Performance Bonus:₹2L
- • 3-Year Bonus:₹9L (₹3L/year)
- • Annual Benefits:₹2L
Variable Compensation
Performance-based bonuses may be awarded based on Dexter’s Performance Rating Matrix and CEO discretion.
Hiring Criteria
Must-Have
- 12+ months of front-end work experience in VC/PE fund or I-Bank (Internships of 3-6 months considered on a case-by-case basis)
Good to Have
- 6+ months of VC/PE/I-Bank internship
- 12+ months in a startup focused on fundraising or corporate development
Curriculum
- Finance majors with top percentile scores in core subjects like Financial Modelling, M&A, PE/VC
Preferred
- CFA L1/L2/L3 (Higher levels receive more weightage)
Good to Have
- Participation in B-Plan or stock pitch competitions
- Contributions to E-Cells or Placement Committees
