Roles & Responsibilities
Leading Deal Execution
Coordinate with clients, investors, and due diligence (DD) agencies to ensure smooth transaction processes. Set and manage project timelines, keeping all stakeholders on track and informed. Negotiate terms, address challenges, and maintain consistent communication with all parties.
Investor Outreach & Due Diligence
Drive investor reach-outs, handle follow-ups, and consolidate investor feedback. Oversee the due diligence phase, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data.
Comprehensive Deal Management
Identify potential deal blockers and proactively find solutions. Provide strategic insights based on investor sentiment to refine deal structures or presentations. Collaborate with internal teams (Research & Analytics) to maintain data quality and timely updates.
