Lateral Hiring Program (Dealmaker-track role) for candidates with a minimum 3^
years’ experience in top tier organizations in below categories
1. KPOs such as TresVista, Acquity, Verity, etc.
2. Back-end units of Bulge Bracket IBs such as JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Bank of America, etc.
3. Financial Due Diligence teams of Big 6 firms i.e., EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, GT, BDO
4. Corporate Development teams of Large Corporates or Start-ups
5. Founders Office in a growing Start-up with exposure to fund raising
6. Equity Research with leading broking houses
7. Credit Rating – CRISIL, ICRA, CARE, etc
8. Economists at Banks/NBFCs
^ please note the total experience will not be counted as the 3-year cut-off. It will be counted only if the total 3 years’ experience is in any of the above.
We are hiring candidates at 4 levels. Associated compensation levels and requisite experiences have been mentioned below for the Lateral Hiring Program for Other roles:
