Lateral Hiring Program (Dealmaker-track role)
for candidates with Commercial Diligence (“CDD”) & Financial Diligence (“FDD”)
experience with a minimum of 3 year^ experience in top tier organizations
Designation: Analyst/ Sr Analyst – to be promoted to Associate after 2-3 years based on performance. A candidate would work with Dexter’s Deal Makers in execution of DDs and in parallel also work on investment banking work as well.
Compensation:
First year compensation – INR 12L annual fixed + INR 2L of benefits + INR 3L year-end performance bonus (based on exceptional performance i.e., 8/10 as per Dexter’s Performance Rating Matrix, revenue performance of the team and CEO’s discretion)
▪ Second year compensation – INR 15L annual fixed + INR 2L of benefits + INR 4L bonus on completing 2 years with Dexter (based on exceptional performance i.e., 8/10 as per Dexter’s Performance Rating Matrix, revenue performance of the team and CEO’s discretion)
▪ Third year compensation – INR 18L annual fixed + INR 2L of benefits + INR 5L bonus on completing 3 years with Dexter (based on exceptional performance i.e., 8/10 as per Dexter’s Performance Rating Matrix, revenue performance of the team and CEO’s discretion)
Hiring Criteria
1.Candidates with Commercial Due Diligence or Financial Due Diligence experience with the likes of Big 6 (EY, KPMG, PWC, Deloitte, GT & BDO) or consulting firms like Praxis, RedSeer, Auctus or consulting KPOs like Bain Capability Centre, McKinsey Knowledge Centre, etc.
2. Must Have – Completed at least 5+ CDD/FDD assignments focused on the Indian start-up ecosystem (could be any sector – AgriTech, FinTech, HealthTech, E-commerce, B2B, EV, EdTech, etc.)
3. Must have – CFA L2
